Services Overview

The services that are offered can be tailored to your needs and comfort levels. A great place to start if you are unsure of what type of therapy you may be interested in or need would be a free consult call which you can request to schedule at any time from the contact page. For those looking for virtual sessions, they can be offered to any adult individual residing within Ontario. If you would like to begin trauma -informed treatment some provisional sessions are needed before beginning the structured protocols, some of these treatment options requiring to be in person.

Individual Psychotherapy

In person psychotherapy sessions can be the most personal of experiences, allowing you to come to a quiet and safe space to discuss your concerns and goals.

You may find that virtual sessions can lack connection at times, are working on getting out of the home more, or don't have a private space for sessions. Either way, in person sessions are available in Toronto conveniently accessible by the TTC Dundas station.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy

ART is a trauma-informed treatment demonstrated to treat trauma, PTSD, phobias, and other mental health conditions. It is a bottom-up processing protocol that reprograms distressing memories and images so that our brain can detach these symptoms from the events experienced. It cannot change your past, but it can change your future.

ART is a therapy that includes eye-movement for brain stimulation, which means that it incorporates sensations and imagery and doesn't call for a lot of recounting or reliving traumatic events. Some single events can be resolved in as early as two to three sessions.

90 mins - $250

*Only currently available in person*
